What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter into the form: your name, email address, and any telephone number, business name, customer type, product requirement and message you provide. If you use the newsletter form, we collect your email address for that purpose.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry about products, pricing, packing and supply; to prepare a quotation; and, where you have asked for it, to send you news about our range. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to maintain the commercial relationship that follows from it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for its own operation — for example to remember your cookie choice and to keep the enquiry workflow working. See the Cookies page for the detail.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at info@mastergourmetmeats.shop and we will deal with the request.
