Terms of Sale and Supply
Applies to enquiries and orders placed with Master Gourmet Meats Ltd.
What we supply
We supply frozen chicken and poultry products: whole frozen chickens, chicken breasts, thighs, drumsticks, wings and other poultry cuts. The specific cuts, weights and pack formats available are confirmed in our quotation for your enquiry.
How an order is confirmed
This site does not show fixed prices and does not take payment. An order is confirmed only when we have replied with price, availability, packing and supply arrangements and you have accepted them. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance before that reply.
Price and currency
Prices are quoted in euro and exclude any delivery charge, which is confirmed separately for your location and order volume. Prices are valid for the quotation period stated in the reply.
Payment and order status
Payment terms are set out in the quotation. An order is not a paid order until payment has been received and confirmed. We do not process card payments through this website.
Supply and delivery
Products are held in frozen storage and handled under temperature-controlled arrangements. Delivery arrangements, including destination and timing, are agreed for each order. Delivery cannot be guaranteed to a specific time without being agreed in the quotation.
Cancellation, changes and returns
Because frozen products are temperature-controlled goods, cancellation, changes and returns depend on the point at which an order is confirmed and whether the product can be re-frozen or returned within its storage conditions. These terms are confirmed in the quotation before you commit. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned.
Food information
We operate as an FSA-approved minced meat and meat preparation establishment under FSA Approval Number: WT 007. That approval identifies the establishment; it is not a guarantee of any particular quality, composition or result. Cooking, storage and handling of raw poultry remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you.
